Pilot self‑test: cross-over trial of LONDEVITY chocolates versus placebo

TestType.n1_trial TestStatus.considered Created 2025-07-25 by Edouard Debonneuil

Boxes A/B blinded; TimeXtension kit + TruDiagnostic Dunedin Pace before/during/after four‑month programme. Detail: I am ordering two months of LONDEVITY Chocolates and two months of placebo chocolates. I will ask a person of trust put them in boxes A and B respectively or B and A, and to write it on a piece of paper that will be kept somewhere. The person of trust will take a picture of the paper, zip it with a password and post the zip file online. I will take chocolates from box A during two months then box B during two months and measure myself with the TimeXtension kit as well as the Trudiagnostic epigenetic test (Dunedin Pace visible on https://www.rejuvenationolympics.com/dunedin-pace) before/during/after these four months and will report key results online (biological age). The person of trust will then disclose what was A and B and provide the zip password as a proof. I perfectly understand that the value of such a personal test is not the one of a clinical trial; it is done for me, not for others, and any extrapolation to others would at best be weak evidence, notably given the low-level of trust of people we don't know outside of clinical trial settings, and inherent population selection biases
