Rats are more tolerant to chocolate than mice, the caretaker is blinded to cages. Detail: we would have LONDEVITY Chocolates in some cages, placebo chocolates in other cages, such that the person providing the chocolates in the cages is blind to the treatment. This person would report his observations on animal health. Some preparation is needed to check that this can be done blindly - ex: perhaps cage changes/food removal should be done by another person
